<text>Pictured in this photo is the box art for the board game "Blood On The Snow: The Battle of Suomussali" and the individual card pieces for the units that are controlled by the players. The art is reflective of the name of the game as it depicts Soviet forces advancing through a Winter landscape. The letter "o" in the title are made into cross-hairs which embody the military nature of the game. The individual unit pieces are all made in a way with easy to identify symbols to differentiate which pieces are Finnish and which ones are Soviet and what sort of regiments are present. Mountaineer units are represented with a mountain, infantry regiments with the standard NATO x symbol, bicycle regiments with a bike, armoured car regiments with the outline of a car, light cavalry tank regiments and heavy tank regiments with the outline of either a BT-7 or a KV series tank, cavalry is depicted with the NATO symbol for it (a diagonal line), motorized and mechanized with the NATO symbol for it, anti-air, HQ, and field hospital units. This allows for pieces to be quickly identified at a glance which is essential for any game of strategy.</text>
