Description

So here is a digital artifact that demonstrates something known as universal language. This sort of universal language is entirely visual with the facial expressions having the texts line up accordingly within the meme. This one pokes fun at society as a whole for spending ridiculous amounts of money on a phone but, when faced with an app that's less than one dollar they don't want to pay for it. Its funny to people because they know this is true one way or another. This scenario can be used in a number of memes as well as the meme in in other scenarios. However, nobody really knows the origin of memes or a meme in particular, they sort of just happen on the internet and people just go with them.
