This is a mural in downtown Raleigh, it is in fact one of many murals in downtown Raleigh. Murals are excellent examples of street art that stems from graphic design. Recently, I fell as if murals have become a trendy art piece popping up in popular cities around the country. For example, Nashville has the angel wings that thousands of people wait in line to take a picture in front of. Sometimes, in this case, the mural sends a message not only of beauty but of inclusion. Murals in cities can help to set the tone for the area, making it a much more inviting place to be.
